Wednesday, April 4th |
Parent/Student Information Meeting - 7:00 pm at Sanborn Auditorium |
This meeting is for students and parents of all those going on the Washington trip. This is an informational meeting which will cover the following: Introduction of Chaperones; Trip Description and Overview; Safety and Rules on Trip; What to Bring and What to Wear; Health and Meds; Expectations; and Questions & Answers. The meeting usually lasts about one hour and fifteen minutes. |

Monday, April 23rd |
Student Information Meeting - after school at Sanborn Auditorium |
This meeting is for all students going on the Washington trip. The purpose of the meeting is for students to meet in their bus groups and with their individual chaperone to review procedures and expectations for the trip. The meeting will run until the 3:30 late bus arrives. |

Tuesday, April 24th |
Departure at 5:30 am from Sanborn Building for Washington D.C. |
Parents should drop off their children at Sanborn between 5:00 am and 5:15 am. Once dropped off, students should move their luggage to the area beside their respective buses. DO NOT load luggage on buses until you receive a luggage tag from your chaperone. We will leave the Sanborn Building at 5:30 am sharp. Please don't be late. |

Arrive back at Sanborn Building at approximately 10:30 pm. |
When picking up your child, please DO NOT block the driveway or park in front of the building. There will be a phone call and e-mail to inform you of the time to pick up your child. Please don't be late. |
